Volume XII

Editor's Note:

As I was editing the Papers last week, I took a look at Destiny's article. After dealing with a slew of home issues myself, his arguments landed closer to home than I anticipated. Sure, most homeowners aren't liable if someone slips on the sidewalk in front of their house. Yeah, maybe it's a little unrealistic that a kid who is capable of climbing fences would just fucking die in a pool. Do you have to bite the bullet that the median rent price in Miami-Dade county has increased by over $500 since 2017? Perhaps just a nibble. But you know what? I watched Judge Dredd this weekend, and this dystopia looks pretty sweet. So get over it mortgagoids, or get into the arena. Face your Destiny, sign up here!
